My Favorite Things of 2021

Just like Oprah, a few of my favorite things of 2021!

This is the second year I’m putting together my list of favorite things and it’s become one of the posts I most look forward to writing! My favorite things of 2021 includes a new category of clothing must-haves, since I revamped my wardrobe with some staples that I’ve been wearing nonstop.

You’ll also find beauty items, exercise accessories, home decor, and other miscellaneous household items included in my favorite things of 2021!

I’d love to hear what some of your favorite things of 2021 were too, so please share in the comments!

S’ip by S’Well Tumbler

When my Teavana tumbler finally reached the end of its life, I searched high and low for one of equal quality. I wanted a tumbler that has a flip top opening and will keep hot drinks warm for hours. This has done a great job! | Amazon

file

Foot File

Since I’ve been doing more “at home pedicures” the past two years, I finally purchased a legitimate foot file. This 3-pack is less than $8 and it includes a heavy duty file as well as two smoothing files. It makes my heels super soft! | Amazon

moisturizers

TULA Moisturizer

I finally decided it was time to be a grown up and dedicate more time and energy to my skincare routine. I finally decided on this moisturizer which is made from probiotics and superfoods designed to hydrate, calm, and firm up your face. It goes on extremely smooth and immediately soothes my dry skin. | Ulta

acne cleanser

Acne Cleanser

Since I splurged a bit on my moisturizer, I was thrilled to find this extremely reasonably priced acne cleanser. Who knew I’d still be dealing with small breakouts in my 30’s!?? My skin takes longer to heal, so this specific cleanser also contains ingredients that help calm the red spots left behind. | Amazon

Clothing Favorites:

joggers

Free People Joggers

I can’t get enough of joggers this winter. These Free People Skinny Sweatpants are the best fit, most comfy, and cutest – all at a terrific price! I have two pairs and now that I’ve seen this blue color I’m honestly considering another pair haha! | Nordstrom

sundress

Striped Sundress

As someone who owns no (well, now one) sundress, it took me forever to find one I was comfortable wearing that still looked perfect for summer. This dress has enough coverage and style that I feel like I can wear it to run errands or to the beach or out to dinner. It’s stretchy and the perfect length, even for someone as tall as I am. | Amazon

tee

J Crew Factory V Neck Tee

If you’re looking for the perfect V neck tee – this is it! It’s fitted enough to give you shape but also hangs nicely when tucked in. I own a few in multiple colors and wore them all summer! | J Crew Factory

Health and Wellness Favorites:

APL Sneakers

Casual walking sneakers that actually look stylish are SO hard to find. I wanted to find a pair that would hold up to the 15000+ steps / day I knew I’d be walking on our Disney trip. Well, I hit the lottery. These sneakers are pricey, but incredibly worth it. I love that I can easily slip them on and it feels like walking on air ALL DAY. | APL Sneakers

sports bra

Under Armour Sports Bra

The perpetual hunt for the perfect sports bra is finally over! This Under Armour crossback bra has enough support to manage any type of exercise while still being extremely comfortable. Plus, the style makes my boobs look amazing!! 🙂 LOL.  | Under Armour

Peloton Bike

I’m in Year 2 with my Peloton bike and the love fest is still going strong! Nothing gives me a better workout than this bike. It’s now available for a few hundred dollars less and with my code you can get $100 in free accessories!! I ADORE IT. | Peloton (Use Referral Code YZ8685 during purchase)

Subscription Box Favorites:

Although a lot of my favorite things of 2021 changed, most of these subscription boxes stayed the same! A lot of these are similar to last year because I’m still receiving them!

FabFitFun

This is a recent addition to my favorite things of 2020! I received my first box just last month and immediately switched to an annual subscription. I love the ability to choose which items go into my box so I’m guaranteed to get products I’ll use. I honestly wasn’t expecting this to live up to the ridiculous hype (and ads you see everywhere), but this does! | FabFitFun (Get $10 Off Your First Box)

Book Of The Month

The top of the line book subscription box. Each month you can choose from five recently released or upcoming books from a variety of genres. My favorite feature is the ability to skip a month if you’re not interested in the selections! Use my referral link to get your first book for only $5!!  | Book Of The Month

Once Upon A Book Club

As a reader, it’s always thrilling to receive a book in the mail. The only thing better is a bunch of gifts to open as you read the book! I love the unique nature of this box and the quality of the gifts included! You can find my review of a recent book included in my September book recommendations. Use code NeverEnough10 to get 10% off your first box!! | Once Upon A Book Club

Stitch Fix

If you haven’t yet heard of Stitch Fix, here’s a quick primer: A clothing subscription box (for women, men, and kids) that sends you five hand picked items each month. You only pay for what you keep and send back what you don’t want. The styling fee of $20 gets applied to any items you purchase. I have fallen in love with my stylist because my closet is now practically only Stitch Fix! | Stitch Fix (Get a $25 Credit On Your First Box)

For the Home / Entertainment Favorites:

potey

Potey Plant Pots

I have become an official plant mom this year, so I’ve spent literally hours and hours scouring the internet for flower pots. I keep coming back to Potey for classy designs and quality work. I love that most have draining trays and the variety of sizes fits all my plants! | Amazon

puzzle mat

Puzzle Organizer

This was also the year of puzzles. I love having a puzzle out to work on, but hate having a card table set up in the living room. This puzzle mat is the perfect solution. It folds up to keep your puzzle safe, but easily sits on a coffee table or side table so it’s hardly noticeable. The center space fits 1000 piece puzzles! | Amazon

candle lighter

Rechargeable Candle Lighter

I first bought this as a gift and then ended up getting one for myself! The long, thin handle makes it very easy to light any candle and you never have to worry about it running out. Simply plug it in and it’ll recharge! I also simply love the rose gold style! | Amazon

basket

Large woven storage basket

Currently every blanket in my living room is residing in this basket! I love having lots of blankets within reach, but couldn’t figure out where to put them. This basket is the perfect size to contain 4-5 blankets neatly next to the couch. | Amazon

blanket

Sherpa blanket fleece throw

I actually purchased this as a gift for my husband, but now use it more myself! I love the variety of colors and it’s incredibly soft. Plus, it’s a big enough size to completely cover me when I’m curled up on the couch. | Amazon

book cart

Book Cart

These rolling tiered carts are popular for good reason! I have multiples scattered throughout the house, from a diaper organizer to book shelves! They’re less than $40, so it’s a steal for the versatility! | Amazon

pens

BIC Gel-ocity Pens

I actually first bought these as a daycare teacher appreciation gift and ended up getting a second set for myself! I love the variety of colors and quality of these pens! | Amazon
