Chocolate Cake
  1. Make a boxed chocolate cake according to instructions in a 9×13 pan or follow instructions for homemade cake below
  2. Grease and flour 9×13 cake pan
  3. Sift all dry ingredients together
  4. Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry
Toppings
  1. Allow cake to cool slightly.
  2. Poke holes throughout the entire cake with a toothpick
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk over entire cake and let soak in
  4. Pour hot fudge and caramel over entire cake
  5. Sprinkle half of the toffee bits over top
  6. Cover cake with entire tub of whipped topping
  7. Sprinkle remaining toffee bits over whipped topping for decoration
