  1. Heat and stir butter, cocoa powder, and water in a large pot until boiling
  2. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients
  3. Stir until well mixed
  4. Pour cake batter into a greased and floured jelly roll pan (12″ x 17″)
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
Icing
  1. Heat and stir butter, milk, and cocoa powder until boiling
  2. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients
  3. Spread over cake while icing is still warm
  4. Allow cake and icing to cool before serving
