Romance New Releases

I cannot wait for the next sweet romance from one of my all-time favorite authors! Jenny takes us to another small town in Scotland, where we meet local island girl, Gertie. In pursuit of a crush, Gertie takes on a new job as a flight attendant, unexpectedly unlocking a desire to be in the sky that may take her far beyond the reaches of the tiny islands she’s known her whole life. | Buy From Amazon | Buy From Target

Mystery/Thriller New Releases

Worst Case Scenario by T.J. Newman

The next airplane thriller from T.J. Newman is set to be her most explosive yet! As a former flight attendant, her insider knowledge about policies and procedures makes these novels incredibly realistic and unputdownable.

In Worst Case Scenario, disaster occurs after a plane crashes into a nuclear power plant. This unimaginable situation sets of a chain of events that could have consequences for far more than just the souls on board. | Buy From Amazon | Buy From Target

House of Glass by Sarah Pekkanen

I wrote a full review of my thoughts on this twisty thriller, which you can find here! I loved the slightly creepy aspect and the chilling house that became a character in itself! | Buy From Amazon | Buy From Target

Fantasy New Releases

Lady Macbeth by Ava Reid

A reimagining of Macbeth that gives Lady Macbeth a chance to tell her side of the story. There’s not a lot of information in the publisher’s description of this novel, so I’m incredibly excited to find out more!

It sounds like a gothic drama steeped in magic and the occult. Lady Macbeth has heard all the stories people tell about her, but she’s about to discover she has her own powers that could topple the world. | Buy From Amazon | Buy From Target

General Fiction New Releases

Here One Moment by Liane Moriarty

An ordinary flight turns extraordinary when everyone on board learns how they are going to die. In the air, a woman begins predicting when each passenger will die and it’s only when her predictions start coming true that they all take this fantastical information seriously.

From there, Liane Moriarty weaves a philosophical tale of how you would live life differently and what choices you’d make if you were given a glimpse into the future. | Buy From Amazon | Buy From Target

By Any Other Name by Jodi Picoult

The controversy surrounding William Shakespeare’s writings gets the Jodi Picoult treatment! Our story takes place in the late 1500’s when a Lord’s mistress sells her plays to William Shakespeare so they’ll have a shot at actually being performed.

One hundred years later, another woman is questioning whether she should give up her name on her writing, just for the chance to see it in public. The novel flips back and forth between these timelines, examining what women have to give up and whether it’s worth it for the chance to show their art to the world. | Buy From Amazon | Buy From Target
